Q: How Do I care for my bag? 

A: In most cases care instructions and known fiber contents will be provided for each item.  But in general, due to the nature of items using rescued fabrics I recommend only light cleaning with a warm cloth and mild soap.  

Q: How long will it take to arrive?

A: If your item indicated that it will ship in 1-3 days, then its already in stock and you should have it in 1 week, give or take.  Custom orders usually take 1-3 weeks to make and ship. During the holiday shopping season, times will increase for custom orders. So please let me know if you are on a deadline so I can advise appropriately.

Q: How long will it last?

A: That depends on how much you use it, and if it's used properly.  I don't have a clear answer.  Just think about your favorite pair of shoes.  What condition are they in?  How often do you wear them, and how do you care for them.

Q: I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

A: Absolutely.  One-of-a-kind items cannot be easily replaced, so please carefully review the Return Policy.
